Services

Suffer well. Choose wisely. Create bravely. Die courageously.

Every Engagement Is a
Co-Designed Process.

Like individuals, systems also suffer. My work centers on creating conditions for healing, clarity, and conscious development—at every level of scale.

From private sessions to group retreats, from organizational consulting to contemplative teaching, I guide people and systems toward what matters most. Our work is spacious but structured, grounded in practice and possibility. Together, we design responsive paths for growth—personal, relational, and systemic.

Retreats & Small Gatherings

In a world that rarely slows down, these gatherings offer something increasingly rare: time and space to turn inward—together.

Whether held over a single day or in immersive multi-day retreats, these experiences are designed to support individuals and groups in the deep work of self-actualization. Drawing from decades of experience in medicine, education, contemplative practice, and organizational leadership, each session is both spacious and structured—offering practical tools, spiritual insight, and a safe container for exploration.

Organizational & System Consulting

Supporting the people who shape the system—and the system that shapes the people

Organizations are living systems. When aligned with purpose, values, and human dignity, they have the power to heal, empower, and transform—not only those within them, but the communities they serve.

In my consulting work, I partner with mission-driven organizations to realign their internal architecture and create cultures of flourishing. This work is strategic yet deeply human. Whether we’re addressing staff well-being, reimagining care delivery, or enhancing team connection and cohesion, the goal remains the same: to build systems that honor the full experience of being human at work.

With a background that spans medicine, leadership, systems design, and spiritual care, I bring an integrative approach—drawing from evidence-based frameworks while attuning to the unspoken dynamics that shape culture.

Core Focus Areas Include:

Creating
optimal human experiences

Developing whole-person models of care and service delivery

Defining organizational values

Introducing development growth as a component of leadership

Cultivating cultures of flourishing

Introducing
TRANSCEND-ence

A transformative immersion of self-actualization
In a private, non-medical advising model, I offer a space for you to feel your life deeply.  Designed to complement your circle of support—friends, family, clergy, counselors, and clinicians — these sessions offer experiential guidance and integrative education.  Together, we explore the patterns beneath your suffering, the choices available to you in the present moment, and the creative potential waiting to be actualized.

Entheogenic experiences are an essential dimension of human life. Whether
invoked by encounters with mortality or Mother Nature, awakened in meditation or music, revealed by medicinal fasting or plant medicines, or accessed in
movements and flow– these moments hold profound power. Entheogenic
experiences are meant to introduce us to consciousness, to bring us closer to the “divine within.”

But such experiences do not integrate themselves. They require preparation, presence, and purpose to carry their power into the everyday. When approached with care, they become more than peak experiences—they become portals to wisdom and wholeness.

The TRANSCENDence practice offers that care.

Available as part of individual intensives, group retreats, or private consultations.

TRANSCENDence is a guided practice that integrates deep meditation and entheogenic experiences to catalyze the brain’s capacity for change and invite profound spiritual and psychological inquiry

What to Expect:

Ideal for:

These gatherings are intentionally small, allowing for intimacy, presence, and compassion.
Some are open to public enrollment, while others are privately commissioned by organizations, communities, or peer groups seeking meaningful engagement beyond surface-level connection.
They are containers for clarity—places where you can step out of the noise and into a different kind of dialogue. One that makes room for our shared humanity.

"Dr. Clark is a phenomenal professor. She gives great book recommendations if you are interested in a topic that the class doesn't have time to cover. She is the kind of wise person that I aspire to be. She is such an accomplished person, but she still cares about her students. Her lectures are engaging, and she often draws on her own experience."
